1. Introduction
Denarche ("we", "our", "the app") is a price comparison and VAT refund tracking application developed by Click Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use our application.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: When you log in to the Moj DDV service, your login credentials (ePDD ID, PIN) are sent directly to the government API servers. We do NOT store your login credentials on our servers.
- Usage data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the application.
- Location data: If you grant permission, we collect precise and approximate location data to display nearby stores. If you enable the "Nearby Market Alerts" feature, the app accesses your location in the background (when the app is closed or not in use) to notify you when you are near a supermarket with active deals. Location data is processed locally on your device and is NOT sent to our servers.
- Camera data: The app uses the camera to scan barcodes.
3. Moj DDV Integration
Denarche integrates with the "Moj DDV" service managed by the Public Revenue Office (UJP).
- Moj DDV is a government service managed by UJP (ujp.gov.mk). Denarche is NOT affiliated with UJP.
- Your device communicates directly with the UJP servers.
- We do not store any of your Moj DDV data on our servers.
4. Data Security
All personal settings are stored locally on your device. We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all network communication.
